CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of the first nights accommodation is required to secure a booking.
1. More than 21 days notice of cancellation is made - full refund is issued.
2. 7 - 21 days notice of cancellation is made - full refund returned unless the townhouse is not rebooked.
3. Less than 7 days notice (inc. non arrival) - full payment of period booked is required.
A booking fee of $50.00 is payable for any cancellation made.
During peak times, and for general bookings of 4 days or more, a minimum 60 day notice of cancellation must be made to receive a refund; therefore, point number one does not apply to these bookings.
A 2% charge applies to credit card transactions.
